My career foundation was built through Zambia Sugar’s prestigious Management-in-Training (MIT) programme within the Commercial department. Following this intensive rotational experience and a subsequent three-year role as a Marketing and Sales Analyst, I proactively pursued growth beyond my core responsibilities. This included contributing to the 2022 Illovo Millennial Board, where we developed strategies to embed transformative Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) culture across the business.

This initiative led me to my current role as a Results Delivery Analyst in Business Improvement. Here, I leverage cross-functional collaboration to drive performance initiatives throughout Zambia Sugar. During challenges, I rely on intentionally built support networks for resilience. Outside work, I express creativity through DIY arts and crafts.

Guided by the conviction that “Tomorrow is never promised,” I strive daily to maximize my potential and contribute meaningfully.
