• Training 251 supervisors on coaching safer teams.
• Running electrical lockout refresher campaigns.

• Promoting near-miss reporting for transparency.

Nakambala also:

• Met all safety KPI targets.
• Closed 100% of action items for the quarter.
• Maintained consistent reporting of potential future incidents.
