We held our Safety Week last week under the theme: “Safety First, Quality always and Environmental Vigilance.” The week-long event, running from 15 to 19 April 2024, was characterised by activities across the Nakambala Estate, including drama, song and dance and exhibitions. Employees and contractors reflected on their safety performance, embracing the things that went well during the past year and learning from those that did not.

Over 7,200 employees and several thousand contractor staff renewed their commitment to zero harm, pledging to take responsibility for their safety and safety of others.
